Commodity markets regulator Forward Markets Commission (FMC) has allowed MCX to launch crude oil mini futures contracts for the year 2015

The crude oil mini futures contract with a trading unit of 10 barrel will quote ex-Mumbai price.

MCX announced commencement of Futures Trading in Crude Oil Mini January, February, March, April, May and June 2015 Contracts with effect from Tuesday, 06-Jan-2015 in a circular.
