Additional Market Holidays

All exchanges announced that market holiday for November 14 has been postponed to November 15, 2013. So November 14 will be a normal market trading day.

  • Stocks, currency and commodity (day session) markets will be closed on November 15, 2013

  • Commodity markets evening session from 5:00 pm to 11:55 pm will be opened for non-agricultural commodities.

NSE announced in another circular that due to change in holiday, global index derivatives will be expiring on 14-Nov-2013. Previous expiry date was 15-Nov-2013.

Trading Holiday on 15 October 2014

Exchanges declared that 15 October 2014 will be an additional trading holiday on account of General Assembly Elections in Mumbai.
