Change in the Constituents of Indices

According to the press release issued by IISL dated 18-Sep-2015, Ajanta Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (symbol: AJANTPHARM) will replace Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd. (Symbol: ABIRLANUVO) in Nifty Midcap 50 Index with effect from 19-Oct-2015.

As per the press release issued by IISL dated 22-Feb-2016, constituents of indices are going to be changed w.e.f. 1-Apr-2016.

Constituents of NIFTY 50, Nifty Infrastructure Index and Nifty Midcap 50 Index are going to be affected by the changes.

NIFTY50 index will exclude CIPLA, PNB and VEDL and will include AUROPHARMA, INFRATEL, EICHERMOT and TATAMTRDVR.

On account of inclusion of Tata Motors Ltd. (DVR), the Nifty 50 index shall have 51 securities.
